- A button can still be used to artificially advance the tutorial

- Amoeba were incorrectly adding to Amoeba's number spawned stat when spawning Bacteria

- Dust was incorrectly not calculating statistics for spawned dust for the 5/s you get base

- Salt was incorrectly not calculating statistics for spawned salt for the 5/s you get base

- Stone was incorrectly not calculating statistics for spawned stone for the 5/s you get base

- Tracking Gold stats disabled

- Tracking of number spawned is incorrect (tracker and inventory both calculating the number to add resulting in number spawned reflecting extra spawns though the number added to the inventory is correct)

- Minimum 0 timers were incorrectly beginning as soon as 1 resource was obtained, rather than starting when the requisite 5 was reached.

- Discoveries weren't properly loading when loading a save file from the main menu.

- Discoveries weren't properly loading when loading a save file after starting a new game (different reason)

- Stats were showing doubled number crafted and number created on some occasions

- All save files may, or may not, be recoverable. I can't say for sure, as my save data was overwritten with buggy data. I BELIEVE it should load properly, but I would need someone with a clean 0.4 save file to test it after I upload. The data that may be unrecoverable is limited to the data regarding specific cards statistics, your inventory should be safe, but may cause the game to crash on load.

- Amoeba & Bacteria not decrementing Shadows (these seem fixed, in my testing, but I'll have to ask you guys to keep an eye on this for me!)

- Doubling up an object was causing many game functions to execute strangely.

- discovery aspect of inventory manipulation was triggering on creating 0 items.


===KNOWN BUGS===

- issue with Fire Resource occasionally getting improperly decremented. (I still can't replicate this bug, but I did see it happen once! I swear!)


===TRIVIAL===

- In an upcoming update, click-to-craft functionality for the crafting and alchemy circles will be depricated and may be removed.

- Upkeep costs will be added to many cards in an upcoming update. 

- Due to changes in how discovery is handled, you may see some slight performance improvements.
